Tiffany M. Davis is a writer, reader, and cook from Portland, OR. She earned her MFA in Nonfiction from Columbia University and BA in English–Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco. Her work has received fellowships, residencies, and grants from Columbia University and the CATWALK Institute .
Her essays zero in on the intersections of black womanhood, critical theory, and displacement. She is currently working on a memoir on intergenerational trauma, mother-daughter relationships, and mastering her mother's secret pound cake recipe. She lives and works in New York City.
